Welcome to Creative IQ – where global vision meets local values. This handbook outlines our mission, session structure, safety protocols, and expectations for team and families.
1) Our Vision:
- Inspire young minds through hands-on STEM learning.
- Create safe, inclusive, and joyful environments.
- Support emotional, intellectual, and collaborative growth.
2) Session Format:
- Warm-up activity
- Mini lesson (STEM concept or skill)
- Project-based challenge
- Reflection and team sharing
3) Key Values:
- Creativity, curiosity, confidence, and kindness.
4) Safety First:
- All staff trained in safeguarding and first aid.
- Risk assessments guide our setup and activities.
- Ill or injured children are supported with parent contact.
5) Behaviour Expectations:
- Be respectful and responsible.
- Work together and try your best.
- Listen to your instructors and support your peers.
6) For Parents:
- Arrive on time for pick-up.
- Share any updates on allergies, health, or concerns.
- Encourage and celebrate your child’s learning.
7) For Instructors:
- Be a positive role model.
- Follow the handbook and training.
- Deliver sessions with passion and care.
