These terms govern enrolment and participation in Creative IQ programmes.
1) Registration & Booking:
- Children must be registered online prior to attendance.
- Bookings are first-come, first-served, and confirmed upon payment.
2) Payment:
- Fees are due before term starts.
- No refunds once booking is confirmed.
3) Attendance:
- No refunds or makeup for absences.
- Prompt pickup is required.
4) Behaviour:
- Children must follow club rules.
- Repeated issues may lead to removal without refund.
5) Medical & Health:
- Parents must inform us of allergies or medical needs.
- Ill children should not attend.
6) Safeguarding:
- Creative IQ adheres to UK safeguarding laws.
- Concerns are reported and managed per policy.
7) Media Use:
- Photos/videos may be taken with prior consent.
- Opt-out is available via email.
8) Liability:
- We are not responsible for lost personal items.
- All efforts are made to ensure safety and supervision.
9) Changes:
- We may update terms with prior notice
